You will need to ask for a Parent Access Code from your instructor in order to setup this account; this is different from the access code that student use to join classes.

I haven't heard from my instructor yet. What should I do?
You should receive a welcome letter from the instructor of each class you are enrolled in by August 24. If you have not received a welcome letter by this time, first check your spam folder and then contact your instructor directly.
I need to enroll in a class quickly. How can I do that?
- The quickest way to register is through our website. Find the course you are interested in and make your purchase.
- Once you make the purchase the admin staff and the instructor will be notified of your enrollment and will work to bring your student into the class as quickly as possible.
- Typical turnaround time is 2 business days from the time you register to the time that you get access to the class.
- There is an add/drop period from September 8 through September 24. During this time students may enroll, transfer, and withdraw from classes and still receive a refund less the $75 deposit per course. After September 24, no refunds will be given.
- Please review the Student-Parent handbook for a complete list of our policies.
I just enrolled in a class. What's next?
- The instructor of your class will be notified of your enrollment and will reach out to you with next steps. From here on out, the instructor will be your primary point of contact for the course.
- If you do not hear from your instructor by August 24 (or within 1 business day if it’s after the 24th), you may need to contact them directly.
- If a placement assessment is required, the instructor will initiate that through email. Enrollments are not finalized until placement evaluations have been completed and evaluated by the instructor.
- You should receive a welcome email from the instructor with information on how to join Schoology.
- On the Schoology course page there will be a folder called Getting Started. This folder will contain everything you need to get oriented and up to speed in the class.
How do I transfer or withdraw from a class?
- First get in touch with the instructor of your class to discuss your intention to transfer or withdraw from their class.
- Then contact us to request your transfer or withdraw. Typical turnaround time for processing these requests is 2 business days.
I have concerns about one of my classes. Who should I talk to?
- If you have a concern with one of your classes, the first thing you should do is talk to the instructor of the class. Hopefully they are able to work through the concern with you.
- If your concern arises during the add/drop period at the start of school, it is best to voice it immediately so that the instructor and admin staff have time to respond before the add/drop period has ended.
- You should also feel free to get in touch with the principal of the school for further discussion. You can find email addresses for both principals in the Getting Started folder in any Schoology course page. Or you can contact us and we can point you in the right direction.
